Latest News Since Last Year

2020 was a very difficult year for all of us. Due to the pandemic, we haven't been able to add more recent updates with the film until today. So for those who are new to the site, here's what's been happening:

• I'm proud to say that WE WON BEST DIRECTOR - LONG SHORT for The Saxophonist at the 2020 Hang Onto Your Shorts Film Festival! This honor would not be possible without the talented cast and crew who made this film something dear to my heart. • The award-winning filmmaker behind VENDETTA GAMES and THE SAXOPHONIST, Andre' Joseph, is featured in a very in-depth interview for the premier issue of Unstoppable Magazine. The article goes into the humble beginnings in Staten Island, NY; his first feature film PRICELESS; his process for achieving goals; and a few surprises along the way. This publication will highlight Men from all walks of Life. They will share information on their Passion. The information will be presented in many forms. Unstoppable is the mantra for this magazine. • We received notice from Amazon that on June 4th, they will be shutting down the Media on Demand service for good. MOD was our source for submitting and selling physical copies of our past films since PRICELESS back in 2010. With the fast changing climate of the industry as there is greater public demand for digital streaming services, physical media is clearly phasing out. What does this mean for us? It mean that this will be your last opportunity to purchase DVD and Blu-ray copies of THE SAXOPHONIST, DISHONORABLE VENDETTA, NIGHT STREAM, EVIL SOCIETY, and TEMPTED. All films are available at discounted prices and have special features that you may not get on a streaming service. They are only worth having as collector's items. The change at Amazon, however, will not affect VENDETTA GAMES which can still be streamed on Prime. We may look into another physical media distribution outlet in the near future should the demand be there for it. But if you still want to see these movies after June 4th, they are all available on our Vimeo on Demand page and THE SAXOPHONIST can be seen on The BeBop Channel app.
